This covers scratches, beats out dents and takes the dented parts to its original shape. This also includes removing some parts that are not to be painted. This takes between 1-3 days depending on the extent of work to be done on the body of the vehicle except for accidented parts which can take up to 1 0r 2 weeks.
Step 1
Stage 1: PANELBEATING

This is the removal of all fluids, dusts or contaminants that will affect the quality of paint.
Step 2
Stage 2: DEGREASING

Here we use top quality filler suited for the vehicles. This is to fill scratches or dents and further bring the vehicle to its original shape by the use of sandpapers. This lasts between 2-3 days
Step 3
Stage 3: BODYFILLING/SANDING

This is a process that exposes where the fillings were not adequate so that corrections are made. It helps to safeguard the vehicle from erosion. This lasts for 1 day.
Step 4
Stage 4: PRIMING STAGE

This is done with paper and tape to cover the parts that will not be painted to avoid paint stain. This takes like ½ a day to one day depending on the vehicle to be sprayed.
Step 5
Stage 5: MASKING

This done with a quality spray gun giving 2 or 3 coats of paint which gives color to the car.this takes between 3-4 hours
Step 6
Stage 6: SPRAYING

This is the process of adding gloss finish to paint needing this effect. This brings shine and brightness to the paint. This takes about 1-2 hours
Step 7
Stage 7: GLOSS

This is the painting of the parts that carries a different color from the color on the vehicle, areas like the chrome, carriers, front grill etc. This is often done to bring out the beauty of the work done on the vehicle. It takes 4-5 hours.
Step 8
Stage 8: FINISHING

This is the stage where the panelbeater fixes back all the parts that were removed before painting. This can take up to 1-2 days depending on the extent of coupling.
Step 9
Stage 9: COUPLING

This is often done to further bring out the brightness and obtain the showroom effect.
